General Parefo Art is a luxury print-on-demand canvas art brand based in the United States. All products are produced and fulfilled through a third party print-on-demand partner. By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms in full.
Products All Parefo products are made to order. As each piece is produced individually upon purchase, slight variations in color and finish may occur between orders. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through our product imagery and descriptions.
Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Parefo reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update product offerings at any time.
Orders Once an order is placed and production has begun it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Parefo is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, Parefo does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@parefoart.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. Approved claims will be reprinted and reshipped at no additional cost.
Shipping Parefo ships exclusively within the United States. All orders include complimentary shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Parefo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, branding, and content on parefoart.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Parefo Art. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Parefo collects only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties outside of our fulfillment partner for the purpose of order processing.
Limitation of Liability Parefo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
Changes to Terms Parefo reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
